What? That doesn't make sense.
Health loss, regardless of anything for a level 20 character at 15% DP = 480 * 0.15 = 72 Why do you think Death penalty is lethal to a person with a 55 build? |

Well for necro, it can depend on what type of build I'm running. For like OoU minion master, I'll take radiant. For some builds that I use a superior rune for, I'll use survivors. If I might sac a lot of hp with my skills, I do not want to use survivors because the hp cost can be too much to make up for. So I use undertaker's to protect me more after I sac. I haven't tried tormenters yet though.
